Description

A small water bowl carved and picked from Devon granite, old and weathered with lichen.
Such bowls have been carved since the earliest times - its form suggests a Devon man's hands carved this for his dog, lambs or garden in the 1700s, possibly much earlier.
The drain hole can be corked (supplied) to create a bird bath or dog's water bowl; or it can be left open for a free-draining planter for indoors or out.
