Description
A set of 8 lion's paw feet in lead, originally made to raise and protect outdoor pots from frosts. Cast in lead with fur and claw detail. Still perfect for pots, but we have incised a slot to accept name cards to make a truly unique set for the table. Presented boxed with 40 blank cards. Exquisite, exceptional, historic and practical.
From the first half of 1800s, Georgian, Regency or very early Victorian.
