Description
O + I is creating a limited edition of 42 platters each made with a cast iron 'faux-bois' handle from the original Victorian kitchen garden at the royal family's Sandringham Estate. This piece (4/42) features vanishingly rare English Elm (air dried for 70 years in a Devon barn).
The iron studs on the underside are from a C19th oak door.
These are special pieces with fabulous provenance. 1870s and contemporary.
