Delivery or Collection

Items can be collected from Owtside+In or delivered to your door. We are happy to discuss all matters of transport and delivery and our aim of course is for all our objects, large or small, to arrive safely and quickly.

We use fully insured, reputable couriers or postal services for UK and international customers, carefully packing items ourselves.

For large or heavy items we can arrange bespoke delivery and for items requiring on-site placement or installation we offer a unique personal service to direct proceedings.

Returns

Items may be returned within fourteen days of delivery and a full refund made of the item’s purchase price. Any damage to an item incurred subsequent to delivery to the client is not the responsibility of Owtside+In and, in the case of a returned item, the cost or value of such damage would be deducted from any refund.

Upon delivery the purchased item(s) should be inspected by the client and any damage reported immediately to Owtside+In. Any item arriving damaged in transport from Owtside+In and notified immediately to us can be returned free of charge and a full refund made.

Please note that objects presented by Owtside+In are aged and in many cases carry existing irregularities, imperfections and other “patina” commensurate with age, use, natural materials and weathering. Such characteristics do not constitute “damage”.
