Description
Hand carved in a shell-rich honeyed Cotswold limestone this basin dates from the mid 1800s. Very usable as a planter (original drain hole intact), but absolutely perfect as a dog's food or water bowl holder; or a bird bath. There is an old, honest repair to the base (see pic) which is unseen in use.
