Description
Edwardian (c1910) copy of Regency (c1810) three seater bench - a 100 year old version of a 200 year old scallop-backed pattern shows that great design is never out of date. Formed in sprung rolled steel this seat is solid and superbly crafted, with all straps and frames secured by hand-hammered rivets. Moss tufts peeping through the flaking, original paint is a charming patina but could be simply cleaned if preferred.
